I love a good documentary, don't you? Especially the ones that inspire you or ones that you feel you can relate to. My latest fave is a documentary called "Charles & Ray Eames: The Architect and the Painter" (You can check it out on Netflix)...
She was a painter who rarely painted. He was an architecture school dropout. Together they would define the aesthetic and lifestyle of American modernism.
This documentary tells the story of husband and wife team, Charles and Ray Eames, their love story, their life, their up's and downs, and the story of how the world fell in love with them. The Architect and the Painter mixes clips from the Eames’ films and exhibitions for clients such as IBM, Polaroid, and even the U.S. government, and a behind-the-scenes look into life in their studio and home.
Very inspiring. Worth watching! Check it out!
