They were the first wedding vendor we booked, and they checked in with us often to make sure that everything was going well. They even stepped in as semi-wedding planners for us a few times, such as by providing me with a personalized wedding day photo timeline that saved me a HUGE headache with planning and logistics! "Working with Heather and Jason Barr of Revival Photography was a joy from beginning to end. My wife met with them during the planning stages for our wedding and was invited to dinner to sit down and personally discuss every aspect of our vision for the wedding, and how we wanted it photographed. My wife decided instantly to use their services, and we have no regrets about hiring them. They communicated with us consistently throughout the planning process, coordinated with the venue, and were completely flexible to our scheduling needs. On the day of the wedding Jason and Heather arrived as scheduled and split up to take pictures with the bridal party and groomsmen as they prepared for the big event. Jason was instantly at ease with the groomsmen and was soon joking along with us and taking many candid photos. Heather hung out with the bridal party and went right to work organically capturing the beautiful moments that arise when a bride prepares for her big day. As we moved from the ceremony to the more posed pictures they were extremely professional and corralled the increasingly chaotic groomsmen, bridesmaids and family members up and got us to stand still long enough to capture the rare moments that all of these people were located in the same place. Throughout the reception Heather and Jason faded into the crowd once again and caught every thing we could have wanted. They worked to immortalize our special day and far exceeded any expectation we might have had. There was a small delay in receiving our photos, but they communicated with us, and gave us small teasers during the editing process, letting us know that even though they were incredibly busy, we were still a priority. I personally hate being photographed alone. I am typically really uncomfortable and that shows in my pictures. Heather was able to get me to relax and I couldn't be happier with the shots she got of me alone. I don't think I have ever looked more happy/comfortable in a photo.

Another thing I loved about these two is that they are super helpful on the actual wedding day. They also are not pushy at all, but keep things moving so you don't have to worry. They have a way of completely disappearing yet being right by your side when you need them for anything. I feel like I didn't even notice the cameras all day.
